Kevin joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2003 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and was promoted to President in 2007. Previously, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Terex Corporation. Before joining Terex, he held senior sales, marketing and labor relations roles with Ingersoll-Rand. Holleran holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He currently serves on the World Golf Foundation’s Golf 20/20 Executive Committee, Private Club Foundations Board of Directors and the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Holleran is also a member of Young Presidents Organization International.

JASON ALFORD — VP, Integrated Supply Chain

Jason joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2003 and has held various positions during his time at Textron, including Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Operations Controller, responsible for oversight of the day-to-day financial performance of the company's Integrated Supply Chain. Before joining Textron, Jason worked at Electrolux’s North American headquarters as the Finance Lead for the aftermarket parts and service business. Jason has a Master of Business Administration from Augusta State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Francis Marion University.

KEVIN BOOCOCK — VP, Parts & Service

Kevin joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 1994 as a fleet sales representative. He has held several sales leadership roles throughout his tenure including Director of Sales for the Consumer business and Director of Sales for international and corporate accounts for the Golf business. Currently, Kevin serves as the Vice President of Parts, Garments, Accessories and Customer Care. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Eckerd College.

MATT CHAFFIN — VP & General Manager, Ground Support Equipment

Matthew joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2016 as Vice President of Ground Support Equipment leading both TUG and Douglas. Prior to joining Textron Specialized Vehicles, Matthew worked at Textron Aviation as Vice President of Quality Assurance where he led the integration of Cessna and Beechcraft quality organizations. Matthew has worked in a diversity of roles across numerous disciplines including plant manager, human resources program manager, labor relations manager, product line manager, and front-line supervisor, among others. He holds a degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati.


John joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2000. Over the course of his career with the company, John has held several leadership positions, including Project Leader for the launch of the E-Z-GO RXV golf car platform, Plant Manager, Director of Sourcing, and Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain. In 2013, John transitioned to become Vice President, Parts & Service business within Textron Specialized Vehicles. John received a bachelor's degree from Clayton State University and a Master of Science from Southern Polytechnic State University.

CHERYL FREMAUX — VP, IT & Chief Information Officer

Cheryl joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in May 2014 as the Senior Director and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Textron Specialized Vehicles, Cheryl spent six years in Textron's Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC) in Fort Worth, Texas as the Operations Manager, and three years as the SAP FI/CO Lead for the SAP Center of Excellence in Textron Information Services. Before joining Textron, Cheryl held information technology positions at Accenture and Procter & Gamble. Cheryl received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance & Accounting from the University Of Michigan, Ann Arbor. 

CRAIG KENNEDY — VP, Snow & International

Craig joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 1997 as a Design Engineer for Arctic Cat, in Thief River Falls, MN. After having the opportunity to lead several different functions and programs within engineering, he transitioned to International business. While there, his focus was on Scandinavian, European and Russian strategic distribution partnerships. In 2014, Craig rejoined the ATV/ROV division as Director of Product Development prior to assuming his current role of Vice President of Snowmobile.

HAMISH LUSTY — VP, Commercial

Hamish began his Textron career in 1998 as a regional sales manager for Ransomes Jacobsen where he represented E-Z-GO and Cushman products. In 2005, Hamish joined Textron Specialized Vehicles as a Territory Sales Manager for specialty vehicles. As the leader of the commercial business, Hamish is responsible for overall profitability and performance of the segment. His previous roles at Textron Specialized Vehicles include the Director of Sales for the commercial business, as well as a Regional Sales Manager. 


Michael joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2000 as a Regional Manager in the Northeast. Since then, Michael has held the roles of Director for the West Region and Vice President, North American Sales. As Vice President, Golf, Michael leads the company's Golf/Turf business, including domestic and international sales, development and management of factory-direct and Authorized Distributor networks, product development and management, and marketing. Michael also works in conjunction with supply chain and logistics to support the distribution network channel. Prior to joining Textron Specialized Vehicles, Michael was the Vice President of Sales at Bruedan Corporation. 


Roderic “Rocky” Parson began working for Textron as an Investment Analyst at the Corporate office in Providence, Rhode Island in 1999. Since then, Rocky has held various finance, project management and leadership positions at Textron, moving to Jacobsen in 2002, Textron Systems in 2008, and most recently back to Jacobsen in 2012. Rocky worked as Manager, Cash Management at Textron Defense Systems and then FP&A Manager prior to rejoining Jacobsen as VP of Finance leading to his role as VP of Finance for Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc in 2016. Rocky received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University prior to joining Textron in 1999. He is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from Thunderbird School of Global Management and the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.

WILLIAM S. ROBSON — VP, International & Business Development

Bill joined Textron in 1995 as Director, Distributor Development and later Director of Sales – Americas for Jacobsen. Transferring to Textron Specialized Vehicles in 1998, Bill led the Cushman team and then was responsible for Marketing and Business Development for E-Z-GO/Cushman and then the consolidated Textron Turf Care business unit. Bill completed his Six Sigma Black Belt training in 2004 and took on the role of VP Sales Specialty & Used vehicles. Bill transferred to Greenlee Textron in 2008 as Sr. VP Sales & Marketing and later Sr. VP & Managing Director Klauke/Endura in China. Currently Bill is responsible for the Textron Motors and the E-Z-GO China businesses. Bill holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Art History from Florida State Univ. and a MBA from the University of Denver.

JAMIE RUTLEDGE — VP, Human Resources

Jamie joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2016 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Textron Specialized Vehicles, Jamie spent a little over seven years working in a variety of HR roles at Textron Aviation, located in Wichita, Kansas. Prior to Textron, Jamie served in HR roles in the manufacturing, aerospace & defense and finance industries. She holds a Master’s Degree in Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Oklahoma State University.


Chris joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2010. As Vice President, Engineering, Chris leads all aspects of the company's engineering function, overseeing more than 200 engineers across numerous disciplines in both new product development and ongoing improvement and management of Textron Specialized Vehicles' existing product lines. Before joining Textron Specialized Vehicles, Chris had a lengthy career at Bell Helicopter, where he served in leadership roles in Air Vehicle Design, Flight Test, Structural Analysis and Integrated Product Team Management supporting the V-22 Osprey Program as well other Bell products. Chris received his Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.


Rachel began her Textron career as a Product Manager for Jacobsen in 2011 where she drove growth for market segmentation and long-term product portfolio strategy. She subsequently managed Advanced Design & Technology before becoming the Director for Global Product Management and Strategy. In 2016, Rachel joined Textron Specialized Vehicles as the Vice President of Turf where she manages Jacobsen, Dixie Chopper and Ransomes’ product lines and overall performance of the Outdoor Power Equipment segment. Before joining Textron, Rachel worked at Ingersoll Rand within the construction equipment related businesses and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Systems Engineering and Business from Virginia Tech.

BRIAN TIDWELL — General Counsel

Brian joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in January 2013 as General Counsel. Brian previously worked as the Assistant General Counsel at Bell Helicopter. Prior to his time at Textron, Brian served as a Captain in the United States Air Force and an attorney in private practice. Brian received a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy, a Master of Business Administration at Boston College, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama. 

ANTHONY WILLIAMS — Sr. Director, Strategy & Business Development

Anthony joined Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2005. In his current role, Anthony leads and coordinates Textron Specialized Vehicles’ global strategy. Anthony’s responsibilities include facilitation of mergers and acquisitions, new business integration, market analysis, business case development, leading the company's annual strategic business review,  and cultivation of strategic business relationships. Anthony’s background includes management positions in engineering, marketing, sales, customer care, information technology, and manufacturing. Anthony’s education includes a Masters of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
